The production of LED display screens involves a highly intricate process. Nevertheless, thanks to EagerLED’s exceptional technical expertise, many technical challenges have been successfully addressed, allowing the company to establish a mature and comprehensive industrial chain.
1. LED Lamp Baking
By utilizing a specialized bead oven to heat LED lights, internal stresses are relieved, enhancing both performance stability and durability.
2. PCB SMT
Employ advanced chip mounters and welding machines to enhance the speed and precision of chip placement, enabling rapid assembly of a complete LED display circuit system.
3. LED SMT
Surface mount technology (SMT) allows for accurate placement of electronic components, including LED lamps, onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).
4. Light on Test
By conducting a lighting test, we verify that each LED lamp bead functions properly and identify any damage or defects.
5. Conformal Coating
The triple conformal coating creates a thin polymer layer that helps prolong the lifespan of the LED module.
6. Install the Bottom Case
Secure the PCB (Printed Circuit Board) to the bottom case by fastening screws.
7. Glue waterproofing treatment
Glue filling materials (such as epoxy resin ab glue, ab silicone, etc.) can form a tough waterproof layer.
8. Install black mask
The black mask helps minimize glare while enhancing the contrast and sharpness of the LED display.
9. QC Test
QC Test is a thorough and detailed procedure that covers various aspects, including inspection of appearance, brightness, color accuracy, and viewing angle performance.
10. Aging test
The LED module underwent a 12-hour aging test that simulates real-world operating conditions.
11. Cabinet Assembly
Combine LED modules, frames, power supplies, and other parts to form a fully assembled single LED display.
12. Screen aging test
The complete LED screen undergoes a continuous 72-hour operation test to preliminarily evaluate its stability and durability.
